Good morning, traders! ☕📈

⚠️ WALL STREET BRACES FOR A LOWER OPEN AS AI STOCKS SLIDE AND BANK EARNINGS KICK OFF!

Markets are facing renewed pressure this morning as a sharp sell-off in Asian technology stocks weighs on sentiment. Meanwhile, falling oil prices and bond yields are supporting European equities. Investors are also turning their attention to the start of earnings season, with major U.S. banks reporting today.

🌎 MARKET SETUP

* 📉 U.S. Futures: Pointing lower as technology stocks face renewed selling pressure.

* 🔻 Asia: South Korea’s Samsung and SK Hynix plunged nearly 10% each, the Kospi dropped around 6%, and Japan’s Nikkei fell sharply amid weakness in technology stocks, including SoftBank.

* 📈 Europe: Equities rallied as oil prices and bond yields declined.

* 🛢️ Oil: Prices are lower despite continued uncertainty surrounding Russia-Ukraine energy infrastructure and escalating Iranian attacks in the Persian Gulf.

🏦 KEY CATALYSTS TODAY

* Bank Earnings: JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs report today, kicking off a critical period for assessing the health of the financial sector and corporate America.

* 10:00 AM ET — Existing Home Sales: September housing data could provide fresh insight into the strength of the U.S. housing market.

* Federal Reserve Speakers: Fed Governor Christopher Waller, Boston Fed President Susan Collins and Richmond Fed President Thomas Barkin are scheduled to speak.

* Apple Product Event: Apple is expected to showcase smart-home products, including a doorbell and thermostat.

🌍 GEOPOLITICAL WATCH

Russia continues striking Ukraine’s power infrastructure despite President Trump’s claim of an energy-sector ceasefire. Meanwhile, escalating Iranian attacks are prompting more empty supertankers to turn away from the Persian Gulf, highlighting the risks to energy transportation.

Oil prices remain a key market variable. Any renewed supply disruption could quickly reverse the current decline and reignite inflation concerns.

🎯 TRADING RICH GAME PLAN

📈 BULLISH SCENARIO: If buyers absorb the early selling pressure and major indexes reclaim key support and resistance levels, watch for confirmation before considering bullish setups.

📉 BEARISH SCENARIO: If weakness in AI and semiconductor stocks spreads across the broader market, monitor whether major indexes break support. Avoid chasing downside moves without confirmation.

⚡ VOLATILITY WATCH: Bank earnings, Fed commentary, housing data and geopolitical headlines could trigger sharp intraday swings.

Remember: Let price action confirm the direction. Define your entry, stop-loss and profit target before entering any trade. Protect your capital and avoid emotional decisions.

💡 THE BOTTOM LINE: Technology weakness is testing market sentiment, while bank earnings could set the tone for the next leg of trading. Watch the reaction to earnings, Treasury yields, oil prices and key index levels before committing to a direction.

Trade smart. Manage risk. Stay disciplined. 💪🏾📊
